Rules
- Only one submission per customer. Send submissions to skupossupport@pditechnologies.com with the subject "Multi-signage Verification".

- First name
- Last name
- Store name
- Street address
- City
- State/Region
- Pinpad customer sticker photo attached
- Product shelf wobbler photo attached
- You must submit both photos in order to receive $10
- You will receive your $10 directly in your Skupos account
